Maybe you have absolutely no idea where to start even if you have a basic diet plan to follow such as the ones I provide here on this website?

If you said yes to any one of these questions, I have something for you today that may make it all a bit easier to design your own healthy low calorie meals. Maybe a LOT easier. You don’t necessarily have to cook or even have much time for meal preparation.

Once you’ve got the general idea for how it all works you can begin to plan simple meals for yourself that are appealing AND stay within the calorie limits you’ve set for yourself.

Every year I get questions from hundreds of people, both women AND men on what to eat. I do my best to answer just about every question I get. But I kept wondering what else I might do because there aren’t enough hours in the day to get to everyone. So this year I wrote a short ebook that might help you if you are interested. It can take you step by step through the process of designing your own healthy low calorie meals.

The ebook I wrote is titled “Healthy Meal Plan DESIGN”. I have two versions. One or the other will work for pretty much anyone needing to lose weight. One version was created for Getting Started with a 1200 Calorie Diet and one for Getting Started with a 1500 calorie diet. Pick the one that mostly closely matches your desired calorie intake. You can easily add an additional 100-300 calories to the base diet plan if needed.  In this way the basic plan can work for anything from 1200 to 1800 calories but may work best for 1200 to 1600 calories.
