		<description>Good question. What is low calorie for one person may very well not be for someone else. The calorie count would be on the high side for a snack on a low calorie diet. The calorie count is better for a meal bar but the nutrient breakdown could be better. So in retrospect, I would say this doesn&#039;t quite fit the bill as well as I might like. 

I wrote the article quite a while ago. Looks like it is time to do some updates. Even so, it&#039;s still a good recipe that will work well for some people and not others.</description>
